Juan Ignacio Langlois is a founding partner of Tyndall Group.
Prior to founding Tyndall Group, Mr. Langlois was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment Banking of J.P. Morgan’s Latin America South region.
Mr. Langlois joined J.P. Morgan in 1999 in Chile. In 2002, he moved to New York to join the Latin America M&A group. He moved back from New York to J.P. Morgan Chile in 2005, where he held several positions, including Co-Head of Investment Banking of Chile. In 2011 he became Co-Head of the Latin America South region until 2013.
Prior to J.P. Morgan, he worked at Chilean law firm Barros & Errázuriz Abogados, as a lawyer, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, foreign investment, and closed-end investment funds.
Mr. Langlois holds an Undergraduate degree in Law from the Universidad de Chile School of Law, where he graduated with maximum distinction, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel-Hill, where he was distinguished as Dean’s Scholar (top 5% of his class).

Danilo Radovic is a founding partner of Tyndall Group.
Prior to founding Tyndall Group, Mr. Radovic was the Treasurer & Co-Head of Local Markets of J.P. Morgan in Chile.
Mr. Radovic joined J.P. Morgan in 2002 as fixed income, corporate debt and derivatives trader.
Prior to J.P. Morgan, he served as Chief Investment Officer of CNA Chile Insurance Company (1998–2002), Head of sales and trading of CB Capital, trading equities, rates and currencies (1993–1998), Fixed income trader at Banedwards Corredores de Bolsa (1992–1993), CFO of Maquinex (1991-1992), and Sales at Banco Santander Leasing (1989–1990).
Mr. Radovic holds an Undergraduate degree in Business from the Universidad de Chile Business School.

Manuel José Concha is a partner of Tyndall Group.
Prior to joining Tyndall Group, Mr. Concha was a Vice President of J.P. Morgan’s Latin America Investment Banking team.
Mr. Concha joined J.P. Morgan in 2003, working between 2003 and 2008 in J.P. Morgan’s Latin America M&A group in New York and Santiago. In 2008 Mr. Concha left J.P. Morgan to pursue a master’s degree in business, rejoining J.P. Morgan Chile office in 2010.
Mr. Concha holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical and Industrial Engineering from the P. Universidad Católica de Chile, where he graduated with maximum distinction (top 2% of his class) and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

Raimundo Lira is a founding partner of Tyndall Group.
Prior to founding Tyndall Group, Mr. Lira was an investment banking analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Latin America Investment Banking team in Chile, where he worked until he left in 2012 to pursue an MBA.
During his MBA summer internship (2013), Mr. Lira worked at McKinsey & Company.
Mr. Lira holds an Undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the P. Universidad Católica de Chile, where he graduated with maximum distinction (top 2% of his class), a Masters in Engineering from the P. Universidad Católica de Chile, and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.

José Urribarri is a partner of Tyndall.
Mr. Urribarri is a former Executive Director of J.P. Morgan’s Latin America Investment Banking team, position he held until July 2015.
Mr. Urribarri joined J.P. Morgan in 2002, as part of the Latin American Regional Finance Department in Argentina. In 2006, he joined the Buenos Aires Investment Banking Coverage team, where he worked until 2010, when he moved to New York as part of the J.P Morgan Latin America M&A Group. During his time in the group, he worked in several positions and assignments, mainly focused in the power & oil and gas sectors within the Natural Resources industry coverage team.
Mr. Urribarri holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and a Master’s in Finance from Universidad del CEMA.

Mr. Ruiz de Gamboa is a former Managing Director and Head of Derivatives Marketing and Structuring, Debt Capital Markets and Local Sales for Latin America within J.P Morgan’s Global Emerging Market Group, a position he held until March 2013.
Simultaneously, in Santiago, Chile, he was General Manager of J.P Morgan Corredora de Bolsa. In 1988, Mr. Ruiz de Gamboa joined The Chase Manhattan Bank where he worked in different Investment Banking areas in Santiago and New York. He then moved, in 2001, to New York as J.P Morgan Head of Latin American Derivatives Marketing, leaving the bank in 2013. In addition, during 2013 – 2015, he served as Member of the Board of Corpbanca AGF and Corpbanca Asesorías Financieras. Currently, Mr. Ruiz de Gamboa is member of the Risk Committee of ComDer and Director of the Financial Innovation Center of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Business School.
Education: Undergraduate degree in Economics, Cum Laude, at Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña in Dominican Republic. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez Business School.
Additionally, Mr. Ruiz de Gamboa was a FINRA registered broker-dealer, having approved Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.

Ricardo Uauy is a partner of Tyndall.
Mr. Uauy is the former Head of Business Development and Strategic Planning at Pucobre, a mining company with operations and projects in Chile. He was a member of the Company’s executive committee and a board member of the El Espino project. Previously, he served as Consultant for The Boston Consulting Group (“BCG”) in San Francisco, advising clients in the media, hospitality, software and engineering and constructions industries.
Prior to BCG, he worked as an investment banking analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Latin America M&A Group. During this period he worked closely with five of Tyndall’s partners.
Education: Undergraduate degree in Chemical Process and Industrial Engineering from the P. Universidad Católica de Chile, where he graduated with maximum distinction. MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

Martin Bameule is an adviser of Tyndall.
Mr. Bameule is the former Head of Research Latin America at Moneda Asset Management, covering Equities and Fixed Income, public and private. Previously, he was Head of Credit Risk Management – Southern Cone, at J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank, a team that he joined from 2009 to 2013.
Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Bameule had different positions in the Corporate Finance group of Quickfood S.A.
Education: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Torcuato DiTella (Buenos Aires, Argentina). MBA from Columbia Business School.
